I'm really not much of a history person, so he may be a bit OOC at times, but I will try to keep him as IC as possible. Feel free to let me know if I am doing anything wrong. Time period is present time (2012), preferred pairings are RusLiet, Rus/any of the Baltics, and RoChu. Also, my Russia is nicer than other Russias, at least to women, although he does have his evil side as well; this may also cause some OOC!ness to occurr, but there shouldn't be too much of that.
